Those warrants expire early should the SP of ARHT surpass and hold above $1 mark for a period of 10 days. I don't have the proof on hand but I read that in the clause when those am warrants were issued.

From the co.: that if volume weight average price of the Company’s common shares is greater than $0.70 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the Company shall have the right to accelerate the expiry of the Warrants.
