RE: RE: China and Tijuana partnersSo the Management Circular for the delayed AGM is now available on
www.sedar.com. Its an interesting read...
Please review in preparation for the AGM. Please note that the AGM is scheduled for Thursday August 4th at 10:00 at 95 Wellington West, Suite 1200, Toronto. Please note that unlike IEC, an industry winner, ATQ seems to continue to choose to hold its meetings in the boardroom of a law firm. No doubt a tour of the facilities will follow...
A few longstanding minority shareholders are planning to get together informally to prep for the AGM. We were thinking of meeting at the Holiday Inn Executive Suites restaurant on Woodbine Avenue in Markham, a three minute walk from the hq of ATQ sometime in late July.
Someone has already brought to our attention the significant salary increase for the new CMA cfo to $175,000. Did the Compensation Committee have a look at the following report:

Please email to confirm your interest and if possible any suggestions you may have to help the proposed Board members, eight of whom show that they have nil ownership of shares...strange don't you find?
If you are a past board member, or past employee or customer of ATQ, your input in the past has been helpful and longstanding shareholders would very much appreciate your insights as to how this company can start to build to reach critical mass of at least $100 million in sales. Please email any ideas or request that we contact you to:

You should be receiving your documentation for the annual meeting in the mail in the next day or so. If you have not received anything by Monday of next week, you may want to phone your broker to find out what is going on.
Our research group looks forward to your gossip, intelligence and suggestions to build this company into an IEC, LB or SGMA type company. Extensive board experience being associated with taking other firms into bankruptcy seems to have limited value to the success of ATQ.
