China and Tijuana partners

Just noticed that Adeptron has removed its China and Tijuana partners from part of its site. What does this mean? What exactly are they doing?

I still see ChungHung and CIVIC on the Adeptron site map  so I would assume those relations are firm and will continue to figure significantly in Adeptron's future.Offering clients cost-advantaged geographies to build product is a must for Adeptron as off-shore sourcing is a one-way train that we don't want to get left behind.
