RE: Artaflex

RE: ArtaflexPaul is a smart guy - no doubt about it. RH must have been very desperate because Paul would only buy this dying company if he could get it for pennies on the dollar and steal some decent customers. But one thing is certain - He and his inner circle will be the only ones to prosper with this deal. The shareholders will not - plain and simple.

My guess is that the deal was structured this way such that Adeptron's liabilities will still be Adeptron's. Meaning Paul can chose which debt to repay when it suits Artaflexs' needs and when Adeptron winds up - any remaining debt to lenders or suppliers will not be paid.

He will also clean house and get rid of the plethora of dead wood at Adeptron. He'll have to keep Trent on a tight leash too - only let him sell and never let him set foot near the operations facility - because he knows what will happen if Trent gets his hands in the Ops end of the business!

Good luck to all involved in this deal!
