CEO? President? Insolvency Expert?

As investors, we are disgusted with how the ensuing business transpired post Board change in August. I have done some substantial digging in Calgary and have found that Mr Watts was not only incompetent to anyone who has done business with him, but has mislead the public on his previous business dealings and experience. Mr Watts is still involved in a bankruptcy of his previous company Watts Mechanical who he was at the helm for over 10 years. I have been told that he made no attempt whatsoever to seek formal approval from his Hansar shareholders or the TSX to attain approval of any sort of transaction with Atikwa......odd, we were lead to believe that this was approved....His claim to have previous oil and gas experience as I understand was as a student of geology at player petroleum for a short period of time. The majority of his experience appears to be in commercial plumbing, not Oil and Gas. So what are we all missing here? This guy has a bankrupt company already owing others well over 2 million dollars, becomes CEO and President of two junior oil company's and passes himself off as an astute business man??? How?? Two bankrupt companies...how did Mr Watts get approved by TSX to become a Director?? Now he's on the board at Ivrnet......I find this whole business unusual. We can keep pounding on Kehoe, but at least Kehoe albeit his crappy management, had experience as a leader. Watts has completely mislead the public on his experience, previous bankruptcy and real business acumen. Something seems odd that he took Atikwa on with no intention of merging Hansar. Atikwa's lender has made reference that they foreclosed when they found out Hansar was not coming into the deal. Watts motives- very unusual. Very unusual. Mr Watts should spend a lot less personal marketing on himself and his experience that he doesn't have and stop passing himself off as a professional CEO, President and Board member. It appears all he knows how to do is bankrupt company's and profess he's a CEO, President and Director? Mr Watts has no ability to lead any sort of Corporation and it appears has displayed that lack of ability several times in the last decade.

If you are the type of person who enjoys dark humor, go back and read the news releases beginning around July of last year thru the end of the year when Mr Kehoe was touting Mr Watts and Hansar as the second coming.  The releases talking about why we should vote for Hansar and not the Disident Shareholders Group are especially humorous.   So, Hansar won. The Directors saw what they won ...more

I too have done some research into Mr. Watts and Hansar, but for reasons not related to Atikwa so I am a little lost on this board.  Maybe someone can explain what this is...specifically, the 100M. Is this referring to Watts and someone else? Hansar is a private oil & gas exploration and production company, with a primary focus on the Three Forks Bakken zones in Manitoba in addition ...more
