This is What The Industry Often Call A "Hard Financing"
It is when a Private Placemant is Announced, but is not filled by insiders and current shareholders
selling their free trading paper in the open market to subscribe and re-buy it in the financing, taking
a 4 month hold.
There is a BIG difference...
And be that insiders just raised money themselves in June under 61-101, and kept that funding
separate, makes this even more interesting.
On top of that, they are co-developing with a subsidiary owned by SAP as of May speaks for itself.
SAP has a $175 Biliion Market cap.
Companies that are that big, usually dont like the name dropped in press releases to promote
small cap companies. But its there....May 14, 2021.
I could care less how much of a P.O.S. ANYONE thinks this is, there is no SHi*%#y way to spin that,
