Cheaper to extend the warrants than doing a new underwriting. If there was an underwriting a PP would be cheapest as there would be no 6-7% commssion attached. Having said all that, lowering the exercise price is a no, no. Sends a very clear message that prospects for the company are muted in the near term. If per chance, the issue is trading below 40 cents come Christmas there should not under any circumstances be another extension into 2017....that would confirm the company lacks any integrity.

As things stand now my impression is the company is tight for money. Can not help when the corner office is soaking up what I believe is approximately 400,000 dollars or so per annum.....

Jury still out on this one. I can see why there are strong believers as the story is a good one. Executing is another thing in this highly competitive field.

Thanks TB.  I assumed a PP would cost more, but had no quantitative amounts to back it up.

And I agree that it is a competitive field.

My DD suggests that Arun has done well in past ventures, and I am amazed at how quickly all the approvals and listings of molecules took place.  What I don't understand is why these guys lack promotion of their company, and the telling of their story.  I too believe this story is a good one, but wow, some of their actions definitely don't help to add investor confidence.  I still can't figure out 100% if this tale is one of those buddy buddy stories where "the group" of large investors as dart, and Smithwicks suggest, want to keep the price down and buy up as much for themselves or if this is just typical Venture horse sh!t with games.

I know Vanc is just one small start up company in large industry...  Are they worried about being bought out to early if they gain success?

The competitor in me would be hiring top people, using insider shares as incentives to build a company, getting news out to build investor confidence, and doing some PP's (with confidence and good IR communications) to continue to grow when cash flow is required to keep building a successful company.

I don't know, I'm a one man show on the farm and have built to where I am happy.  Things flow smoothly unless Mother Nature hits a menopause moment....  Wife is the boss though!  Happy wife = Happy Life!  Lol

Good Luck All!
