Avanti obligations should be done by now

"Additionally, Avanti is pleased report the completion of the fabrication for the well site skids and inlet separation facility. These essential components will soon be transported to the facility site in Montana over the next few weeks." ..... road opened May 1st I believe for heavy transport

The only other obligation that Avanti has with respect to the Sweetgrass Well site, is the completion of the electrical power system to the well site from the main road.  The last time I connected with Chris he said that all of the engineering on this issue had been completed and the work had started.  He also said that this would not be an issue with regards to production start as they ...more
