Jansen Potash and Freeze

Jansen Potash and FreezeBHP uses various and new (amazing) technologies to first build the Jansen Mine, and then operations.

They use high heat for several processes like drying potash ore (our focus) but also they make their own convcrete on site to the own high pressure  and composition specifications.

But on these freezing days and nights, I am remided that they used an 'ice rink freeze' technology to stablise (the two ) mine shafts while they grind/drilled into deep the ground.  During drilling, the wall of the exposed earth is first frozen and then concrete and metal/or all metal walls are installed.

I guess I am easily amazed at stuff lke this.
