MEETING WITH THE PRIME MINISTER, GUARANTORS AND FACI'ITATORS OF THE PEACE AGREEMENT WITH THE SULTAN OF BIRAO.

Prime Minister Firmin Ngrebada met this Wednesday March 04, 2020 at the Prime Minister's office the delegation led by the Sultan Mayor of Birao Mr. Ahamat Mustafa on a work mission in Bangui.

Took part in this meeting: the Minister of Justice Mr. Flavien Mbata, the Minister of Transport Mr. Djouba Abazene, Minister Resident of Vakaga, the Minister e General Security Brigade Henri WANZET Linguissara, the Minister of Territory Administration Mr. Yangana YAHOT as well as the guarantors and facilitators of the Political Agreement for Peace and Reconciliation of February 6, 2019.

The purpose of this first meeting, which will extend to a similar consultation with community leaders from the Bamingui Bangoran Prefecture, is to raise awareness for the return to peace, security and cohesion between the communities in part. northeast of the country.

At the end of this meeting, several recommendations were adopted, including actions aimed at reconciliation between communities in the Vakaga Prefecture.

The Resident Minister, community leaders and representatives of the Association of Nationals of Vakaga are responsible for carrying out the identified actions in the coming days.
