RE:Another powerful argument to vote YESI love seeing this... the smell of fear in management as they realize they don't have the votes needed to push this horrible deal through. The last news release speaks for itself..... it was a hail Mary plea to shareholders. The CEO should have though about how to make this deal acceptable to shareholders before he so ignorantly signed on the dotted line. There is a lesson to be learned by him in this process of disregard and greed.
