Predator 2018 is concerned by the financial situation of Terranueva, saying that the company is almost broken.
How could he explain that Leede Jones Gable, a well known broker in Canada  will promote this deal accross the province of Quebec in order to raise 4 million $$ ?
How could he explain that at least three other brokers will participate to the deal in order to interest people of Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver ?
Brokers don't sign any deal if it is not good for their clients. It is a matter of credibility and business.
So, they must have made a rigourous evaluation of the transaction, especially of Terranueva, before signing their name on the term sheet.
Leede Jones Gable is much more credible than Predator !

I love seeing this... the smell of fear in management as they realize they don't have the votes needed to push this horrible deal through. The last news release speaks for itself..... it was a hail Mary plea to shareholders. The CEO should have though about how to make this deal acceptable to shareholders before he so ignorantly signed on the dotted line. There is a lesson to be learned by him
