You think a 0.005 cent bid is the reaction of the market to a YES vote; I think this is the anticipation of the market on a NO vote.
At least, the financing made at 0.50 cents give a post consolidation share price of little more than 0.03 cents.
Anyway, with 63 million shares outstanding, including the 5.5 million shares of David McDonald, a 10 for 1 reverse split will be necessary, but then again with no project and no money in the company.
