that shows the market's confidence in this proposed deal. I don't think there's any way it goes through. If Management don't hold large positions (which i dont believe they do) then there is no way it will receive enough votes to pass.
Let them find a better deal and bring that to shareholders for a resolution. We only want something vaguely fair. Its not rocket science.

I have a different perspective on this : If the deal is not accepted, I think that we will see a stock around 0.005-0.01 cents. You think a 0.005 cent bid is the reaction of the market to a YES vote; I think this is the anticipation of the market on a NO vote. At least, the financing made at 0.50 cents give a post consolidation share price of little more than 0.03 cents. Anyway, with 63 million ...more

we were sitting at 6c with a bid at approx 4c until the proposed deal came out. I don't see how you can have a different perspective, sorry. The financing at 50c to drop the price to 3c post conolidation is the first issue. They should have been looking at something to INCREASE the share price, not drop it 50% immediately on a deal going through. In 21 years in the market i've never seen ...more
