6 millions $ Private placement, no warrants, above marketIf to be able to buy in that deal you have to pay 1.80$ a share when current price is 1.62$, I guess the floor for the price is 1.80$...and it is not a flow through...so no candies to help convince the investors except the great futur they might expect from the next bunch of results.
The stock price growth should resume now that the deal is done...obviously, target price of 1.80$ was set up by large hand...no reason to keep the price so low anymore. Didn't Potvin buy on the market at 1.80$ not so long ago?

P.S. Previous PP was 2.45$ but a flow through which is, I believe, less than current price...so actual financing is at a higher level than previous PP. According to some poster on CEO.CA, first flow through at 2.45$ is equivalent to + or - 1.20$ share price on the market...I am no fiscalist but it seem about right from the research I have done...
