I believe the news will come out after Labor Day when all are back from summer vacation and come back to the new normal.  Sept 9th most likely.

Somehow I don't think this is exactly your traditional summer vacation type of year, lots of people are staying closer to home and anyway this is hardly a promoted stock so massive distribution isn't really what management is trying for.
