My discussions with them have convinced me this is not the case. I also refer to the different routes that can be taken to achieve what's needed as both Straits and Newmont did last year whn they had Protected Forest reclassified as Production forest, thus allowing open pit workings. At the same time, I believe IAU is working on other (legal and, they hope, viable) strategies related to zoning and economic development of the area. Who knows, EAS may end up taking a similar approach.
