The Sangihe Project covers 42,000ha; this includes the Bawone, Binebase prospects on the eastern part of the island and Taware prospect in the south-central region with infrastructure in place. The Company has a 70% interest in the Sangihe project.

Hard to do an acurate evaluation of the spin-out as I would think there will be an associated financing at the same time as the initial listing. The companies have to have working capital - beyond waiting for the rts & wts to be exercised.

But I agree in the long term assessment - they should rise in value over time - with lots of volarility for buying and trading. I too noticed that future wt exercise price two 1/2 wts at $2.25
