Sal...Actually you don't add the cost of the "right" - for that 40 cents or 55 cents - because you actually received a "share" that you can sell the share and recover the 40/55 cents.  Also - pretty interesting on the different rts offering one is 3 for 2 + 40 cents and the other is 1 for 1 plus 55 cents.  You ends up with a few fewer share sO/S in one - but actually cost you more.  The 3-2 @ 50 cents is the equivalent of 60 cents on the other formula .  Interesting machinations - for whatever reasons?
