RE: RE: Sisters...

RE: RE: Sisters...As far as the PP goes, from what I understand it was oversubscribed, so I would think an announcement is forthcoming - today.

Positive management changes (my opinion):

Edward C. Rochette
Position: C.E.O & Chairman of the Board

Mr. Rochette is a lawyer, and an internationally known negotiator and transaction specialist with 30 years of experience in the acquisition of mining rights, international business, land management and natural resource transactions. Currently Mr. Rochette is working as a Partner with IBDA, a premier consulting firm in China conducting business in Beijing and other areas of the world, where his responsibilities include being the transaction specialist in the international mining sector. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd for 16 years where his responsibility included the negotiation to acquire the world class Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project. Mr. Rochette splits his time living in Beijing, China and Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia.

He helped walk Ivanhoe through all the hassles with the Mongolian government to a successful conclusion.  I'm counting on him doing the same for EAS/Miwah.  I was playing their JV partner ETG at the time and made some good coin.

I'm eithe right or I am wrong.  I put my money down on believing he will succeed.

Miwah Sis - take a valium and start thinking positive.  And you might consider avgeraging down here in the 60's.  Bottom line is you played it all wrong in the past and are about to play it wrong on this second go round.

It may take time, but there appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel.  Is it the eternal light of profitibility or a huge locomotive coming at us that will wipe us out???  If it was a locomotive I would hear some low rumbling sounds - the only sound I hear is is a high pitched whining coming from the Miwah Sis. Time will tell and I'm very patient.

There is significant gold in the ground and jobs to be created and royalties and taxes available to the government.  And those who should have the best information available (RBC + + ) have just made a serious infusion of money into the exploration budget.  And gold - in my opinion is going no where but up.  So - I'm back in and ready to play.  2012 should be a good year for EAS once again.

As always - do your own research and DD.  But I'm betting that RBC and associates have a better understanding of EAS's future potential value then some of the whiners on this board, which has gotten kinda negative lately.  These boards are about sharing information and ideas to help make investment decisions.  This board does not have much influence on the stock price - so contribute information of value (positive or negative).  Stay alert - and maybe we can make profits - or recover losses - as we go forward.

Ya Gotta Luv It !

Coastal.
