Quite obvious
This has been halted because of the need to raise funds. Now the only question remaining is who will be the contributor? That may seem insignificant on its face, but what if.....can you fill in the blanks?

yeah they do a dutch auction sytle; tell investors how much you want to raise and let them bid on how much and at what price. AW1 needs to raise $6-7m minimim NOW.
