what we"er seeing from a trading perspective , are lingering shares from brokers who due not want to see their flipping shares consolidated 4 to one . 

The advantage now swings back into Bays court seeing just long hands once PP closes.

The PP may see in-siders , so if the case then if US Participates in PP then Lawyers on US side require approval from TSX which takes more time to close. 

BAY, share holders going long,.we should see the IP surveys on the deep zones soon. hole # 10 from last year will see more action in area with deep drilling targeting these 7 sub level plates. Later in Sept we should see the large deep plate South of the 2200 zone 4k x 2k see a core.

Why woudl a broker care - anybody care for that matter - if they are SEEN selilng 1:1 shares or 4:1 shares. Your red herring makes no sense. Simple. There is just no retail interest in this stock. The story needs a professional marketing team to present the story. Bangalore is not professional. Even after the 4:1 consolidation its going to need promotion. Hopefully some of those funds raised (if closed) will be earmarked for a proper marketing group to increase the eyeballs and bring back some trust in the market that has been
