The biggest issueIs the fact they sold $85 million worth of stock, possibly knowing there was an issue with the Stage-completed wells. As a shareholder, that is not something I would want hanging over my head. You simply cannot gloss over the fact that someone should have known there was a problem. You simply cannot have a failed frack job without knowing it with today's technology. JMO
