to have total brain f^rts about the warrants. Sad, he just cannot grab the concept, and I've tried
and tried ad nauseum to explain. (That means quite a few times, Don)
So,yes we're all underwater on the warrants, that's a given, but Don's little coconut will not allow him to see how we can still make them work for us, even though they will probably never reach the strike price, and that's ok. Strike price for us is irrelevant, getting back to even is. Warrants should never be exercised

Part 1; I bought a couple hundred thousand wts's at .025 a month or so ago and sold at .035 just to keep the heat and light and cable and beer money. That's $2 grand profit ...Do I care that they probably won't get to over $3+ by expiry. NO!. What does the exercise price have to do with that trade? very little.... Am I bragging, No, I'm on a 1 year salvage operation. Goal 80-125% of total 3 year investment back.

Part 2: Still own 600,000 wts. at .03, down a sh^#load of money like $80K  (I was drinking Garth's Koolaid.." Oh yah I'll take another 100,000 wts @ .32...ffs")
So once again Donny boy try to concentrate.
If I exchanged/dumped my warrants today  for stock as you suggest. 600,000 sold @ .03 and buy stock  at $1.20, I receive 15,000  PIPE shares (break even say $6.50 per share in 2023...lol)
Next 3 quarters should cause a rerate in the stock (hopefully)
So goal........
Scenario 1: Stock hits $2.10 by March 1st 2020 I'm going to guess warrants wil be in the ...09 cent range
So sell 600k wts @ .09 cents so I sell and buy shares and get 25,700 shares in exchange.
Now my break even is say $3.90 per share.
DO I CARE IF THE WARRANTS EVER  GET TO $3.00 + at this March 2020 date....... NOPE.

Expiry May 19th 2021

Ballsy scenario #2    Hope stock goes to say 2.70 by Aug. 2020, Warrants will be worth?
Let's see 9 months til expiry. I'll guess 15 cents, so 600K x .15cents = $90,000 buy stock with that money so 33,000 shares in the kitty.... need $4 in next year or two to get out with 20% profit on debacle.
DO I CARE IF STOCK GETS TO $3 + before the warants expire May 19th? NO DON I  DON'T.

As our friend says....

have  fun!

Wow, you spent a lot of time writing that pile of pure fiction.

Your "assumed" warrant prices are ridiculous, which makes the rest of your "analysis" nothing but dog chit.

The warrants were about 7 to 8 cents when the share price was $2, about 6 months ago.
So with a lot less time value, how are they going to be worth 9 cents if the share price gets back to $2 ?????

All you are doing is grasping at straws and making up phoney numbers to make yourself feel better.

What if the price of oil doesn't go anywhere, or goes down, and PIPE does a big share issue, and the share price goes only to $1.50 or so?

And just try to sell 600,000 warrants, and see what the price does.
