RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NCIBalready more than doubled my money in pipestone n the first go around. i certainly didn't sell but added in q4 and q1. have been buying quite a bit of office reits and tnt is probably going to do quite well here as will artis. luckily rotated out of E&P over a year ago. only mistake was getting back into pipestone although i still think the land is worth more than valuation despite a questionable management direction.
