RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bison goes activist against Pipestone's disgraced boardIf any major investor wanted to sell their PIPE shares, trading them for an over-valued unknown in a deal that won't close for months, if ever, is a heck of a stupid way to go about it. Selling PIPE for cash would make a heck of a lot more sense.
