RE:Very very good situation here now!!!!Given the market conditions and the difficulty in finding money to advance projects I would agree that this is a great deal. We give up 50% but the money and technology will be there to take this to the finish line. For them to earn 50% there is a considerable amount of work and cash to be injected and BEA has warrents left to exercise. This is solid news all the way around.
Highbank and Montoro resources shareholders will be happy as well if MGX assumes operations of the project because that frees up considerable time for management to focuse on the other companies thay they are involved with.
I am very pleased with this. The market is a bit skiddish seeing that the 7 cent shares have not been cleaned out yet but the bid ask is 6.5-7.0 which is a very nice thing to see.
