RE:Institutional & insider ownership info for Bedrocan Cannabis
On the face of it, this Thomson Reuters info looks incorrect or, in fact, dated if you give a higher quality info rating to the two recent Analyst docs (thank you for providing it BTW...very informative). The top two shareholders look right (Murray Goldman or Goldman Holdings; Marc Wayne or Spiderco Investments with almost 25% between them) but after that it seems to go downhill in accuracy. Does investment banker PowerOne and its CFO David D'Onofrio still own the above amounts for example due to their role as agent in previous PP financing? The most important player in this company-CPO Tjalling Erkelens of Bedrocan Beheer BV or Dutch partner--is nowhere on this list. From the analyst reports BBV owns around 10% and CFO Singer plus COO Sutherland have another 1/2%. Anyway it's always nice to know who you are really dealing with when investing.
