Keystone Cops

Keystone cops alive and well at Bedrocan.Explains alot of why earnings have not been released.Just waiting to hear someone spin this as a positive.Just what new investors want to here our CFO is leaving the company.Will check back at end of year.GLTA you are going to need it.

I have to say I am puzzled. CFO leaveing a company he helped to build is not a positive news in general(So the company has to mention it will be profitable at year end to neutralize the impact). Are you blaming the CFO's incompetence as working for a public company?

CFO turnover for new companies is high whether it is voluntary, mutual, or one-sided.  Year-end is the typical time CFO’s move on as well.  (Just check the CV’s).  I don’t see it as a negative at all.  Just as TWD’s performance improved when their CEO resigned, the new CFO is coming into the company at a great time. Lots of good things coming up and hopefully more news anytime ...more

On second thought, I think the CFO should be fired :(. Do you remember the 2M$ loan with 10% interest rate? That loan was so strange and I just could not figure out the reason why Bedrocan needs that loan when they have 11M cash reserved and 4M even in the bank. I hope Amy could bring some good experiences from the public company she has been working for  and never make this kind of ...more

Thats an awfully loaded accusation without any sources.  Specifically when the NR showed the change of CFO was of nothing more then employee churn.  I'll forward this off too IR to see if they wish to contact Stockhouse for your IP and speak to you a little more about slander laws.
