Let us hope economy get back in next 6-12 months and BeWhere do better than now. So BeWhere will have more cash in hand. So what is the best use of cash?

Share buyback when it is still low?

If u have NCIB and cash and still don't buyback, investor lose faith in NCIB.

Have u seen how pathetically low trade volume is? Company is not getting any traction and for next at least 4 months no news.

Now it is up to management to push up the share or keep the cash for some rainy day.
