NCIB

I posted it earlier & I will say again that unless company buyback shares under NCIB aggressively, stock price and/or volume will not move up.

When I asked question on NCIB buyback during recent webinar, CEO told that BeWhere is very strategic in buying back. I don't understand. Company bought some 280K shares in June & July at about 0.24-0.245 & some 30K in Oct at 0.23. So what is the strategy here?

BeWhere has enough cash. First BeWhere put 1M in GIC at 0.45% interest & now at 2.45%. Per annum rate

As on today 14 months are left before 10M warrant exchangble at 0.35 expire. If company buys aggressively, price may move up & these warrant May b in money & company can get back $3.5M in warrant sale. It will b a win win situation. Buy shares now below 0.35 & sell shares at 0.35 later.

if not, warrant will expire & any future raise will b at much lower price.

14 month is more than enough for the economy to get back up and bewhere to go over 0.35$. I guess they are not in a rush of doing it. Also they are cash flow positive so the need for financing is not a concern right now. They have to be careful with their liquidity right now next 6 month may not be easy for everyone.

Let us hope economy get back in next 6-12 months and BeWhere do better than now. So BeWhere will have more cash in hand. So what is the best use of cash? GIC ?  Share buyback when it is still low?  If u have NCIB and cash and still don't buyback, investor lose faith in NCIB. Have u seen how pathetically low trade volume is? Company is not getting any traction and for next ...more
