Who is this William S. Harper guy?

Who is this William S. Harper guy?

This is from the benton capital website. Benton capital has the same controlling mind as Benton Resources Inc.

William S. Harper MBA, C.A.

Position: Director

Mr. Harper is a professional accountant with more than 25 years experience in corporate finance and administration with public companies listed in both Canada and the United States, primarily in the mining and high technology industries. Currently he is the Vice-President Finance and Corporate Secretary of a company listed on the TSX Exchange. Prior to joining that company, he was the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

There are companies which are allowed to list on the TSX and not the OTC-BB. Why is it a big deal that this person is a VP for an unnamed TSX company? Who cares if he was the director of companies on the TSX Venture? Under today's regulations my friend Jeff''s pet snake would not accept an appointment to such a company.

Not saying which company that Mr. Harper is a member of is worse than saying Mr. Harper is not the member of any company at all. A private accounting practice with unknown corporate clients is a better resume than this.

We need more proof of existence.
