BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

You guys are repeating yourself like a old broken disc. It couldn't be simpler as that : 7 analysts put Hexo TP between $0.75 to $1.10 CAD and that's before they announced the new issuing shares program that will dilute the stock price by 5%. So let's say $.95 average now Hexo worth $0.90 CAD. End of story. Ya that's not what you want a hear being a heavy investor into Hexo and following this board religiously but that's what it is. $400M MC is one hefty valuation for a company that never made a profit. Yes the other MJ stocks are in the same boat but those days were MJ stocks was running 80% gain everyday are over. What's left is bag holders and daily traders that like to play with fear and momentum. Sorry to break everyone faith into MJ stocks but this is reality and yes I have a position in Hexo and yes, I'm not making a penny with it so far and that's why it's important to have a variety of investments in your portfolio.
