RE:Tilray financial partnershipIf you go to the bank and borrow money - and they charge you a ridiculous amount in terms of repayment, demands and concessions - do you call that a financial partnership?
Tilray has assumed $1953 million in debt - and in return,
-have access to 35% ownership of Hexo
-$20 million in annual financing charges
-$18 million in annual 'advisory' charges
-all international sales made by Hexo will be filled with Tilray product (in other words, Hexo buys from Tilray instead of their own grown product)
-processing transferred from Hexo Belleville and other facilties to Tilray facilities, with Hexo paying Tilray for that processing
THAT'S a 'commercial partnership'? Or is that Tilray having Hexo over a barrel?
REMEMBER - Tilray wanted to buy Hexo out for $3.00 a share and Hexo turned them down.
What will Hexo investors get now when Tilray just takes them over?
Yes, you are dreaming.

Tilray financial partnership
Does the financial and commercial partnership with Tilray mean that Hexo might actually make it and drive shareholder value someday? Or am I dreaming?
