Approved anomaly

Approved anomalyRegulators continue to look the other way and allow glaringly unviable companies like Hexo to exist with repeated reverse splits and dilutions. This is not efficient. Unless such practices are barred as regulatory safeguards shareholders will continue to be bilked out of their existence. These companies don't generate enough revenue to fund their operational and financing costs. Nothing good is going here. No one is investing. Just speculating and gambling. If people are making money out of these financially sick companies that does not necessarily make them smart. They are just taking advantage of the rigged system.
