BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

You are talking out of your backside, you clearly have no idea what Smart Meters are capable of.

Let me enlighten you.

Every electronic item creates a certain power frequency. Data from electric companies smart meters show when you turn on lights, when you start your coffee maker, when the power unit on your hot water tank goes on indicating you're using hot water, when and how often your furnace turns on in the winter, when you use a hair dryer or a toaster and yes, if you have LED lighting or HPS going on and off every 12 hours to 18 hours.

Electric companies sell electricity, they do not go out of their way to restrict usage or report possible grow ops. They will be required to.

Keeler, I'm done with you, how you received so many thumbs up is beyond me, it looks like you can't even grasp basis logic and miss points altogether. Simple answer is you're doing it on purpose to muddy the waters.
