"The facility will be fully operational by mid-April, operating on a 24/7 basis to increase concentrate production." Orthodox, gregorian, Mayan???

They never said that they would release a subsequent NR about completing the facility. It says right there that it would be up and running by mid-April.

I'm just going to front-run the answer and say, it depends on what you mean by "production." When Graeme said that BHS was "in production" in 2018, 2019 etc. he was actually correct to do so, strictly speaking. BHS _has_ been a producer since that time.
