Clarification: 10t vs 75t

My understanding was that the move to Payette was to extend the flotation circuit capacity to produce up to 10 t per day of concentrate.
Now, Payette is to produce concentrate from 75 t  per day of ore sorted from the mine.
Does it mean that 65 t are wasted or the flotation circuit output has been significantly improved?
Somebody, please explain.

Nobody mines metals to just waste them - it is an improvement - you will not see it go that high though as the amount to mine before sorting would be massive. Not going to mine and sort 1500 tons a day at 95% waste. It may get better grades and more into the bag.

Why build and pay for an oversized  flotation circuit if you know that the ore extraction from the mine is a limited factor?  Does G intend to use it for other  mining companies? It still does not make sense in my mind. Or could it be that a decimal is missing and should read 7. 5 tons (not 75)?

It is technically possible to push the limits in some areas of the mine - but toll floatation is an interesting concept - lot of miners in area might be interested. The cost to upgrade is probably not a great leap from what was actually needed. I am going to let G figure it out.
