Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. It is located within 29 km of two former producing copper mines, Bell and Granisle. The Company also holds a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located in the Omineca District of the Province of British Columbia.

Mineral lease
As I understand announcement mineral lease is moot until company receives eao permit to mine which makes sense from gold commissioner's view and having a mineral lease and no permit is something he is not able to do. We need to get our ea permit to get mineral lease I guess that's the way I understand what he is saying.
