Mineral lease
As I understand announcement mineral lease is moot until company receives eao permit to mine which makes sense from gold commissioner's view and having a mineral lease and no permit is something he is not able to do. We need to get our ea permit to get mineral lease I guess that's the way I understand what he is saying.

dano123 His decision was that he is not satisfied that PBM requires a mining lease to engage in a mining activity. This from the news relase

Gordo your right it's a mining lease we don't need and we retaining our mineral leases, every thing is well.

Waiting for Victoria's decision on EAC, should have something from them before July 22/21, Cheers BKM and hoping for the best
