Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. my understanding is 3 tailings ponds so one after another so water is cleared by the time it reaches 3 pond and the ponds are all near the mine not helter skelter. They have to be built all in a row I would think and are you questioning the way the engineers who design these ponds and implying they don't know how to safely design this project. This is pathetic to say the least.
