Plan for worst, hope for the best...

Plan for worst, hope for the best... As we are now on the end lap of this marathon, we all know what can potentially happen (and I am being positive) when we get the EA cert.

Now, just on a whim, that if the ministry decides it isn't a good idea, what happens next? I am guessing the plan will then need to be modified to address any concerns, and then re-apply for the approval... or is it something different that could be the outcome? I can' t see it being killed, for if it was, then BKM could go for damages as they were sold the BS stake as a future potential.

TIA for anyone who would answer with thier opinion.
