timing of announcement. Per letter to BKM government is i Believe (see what i did there) , "legislated" to give decision within 45 days of ministers recieving packet... I take that to mean legally boud ...
Timing, agree if it was a straight NO we may have heard already .... as why would the Gov't announce a denial for a mining permit right before a big mining conference ????
that would make little sense and would enrage the mining community that I hope already knows our story and how the process has not been fair or transperent.
With this in thought I am more a Believer of positive outcome more then ever.
