The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, British Columbia and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. timing of announcement.  Per letter to BKM government is i Believe (see what i did there) , "legislated" to give decision within 45 days of ministers recieving packet... I take that to mean legally boud ... 

Timing, agree if it was a straight NO we may have heard already .... as why would the Gov't announce a denial for a mining permit right before a big mining conference ????

that would make little sense and would enrage the mining community that I hope already knows our story and how the process has not been fair or transperent. 

With this in thought I am more a Believer of positive outcome more then ever.
