RE:RE:RE:OMG!!!

From EPIC website. Read it and weep. I did.

Dear John Plourde:
I am writing on behalf of the Honourable Bruce Ralston, the Minister of Energy, Mines and
Low Carbon Innovation and myself to advise you of our decision under Section 17(3)(c) of the
Environmental Assessment Act (2002) regarding Pacific Booker Minerals Inc.’s application for
an Environmental Assessment (EA) Certificate for the proposed Morrison Copper/Gold Project.

We have decided to refuse to issue an EA Certificate for the Project as proposed.
Additional information on the Ministers’ decision including the Ministers Reasons for Decision
and the Information Bulletin announcing the decision are public documents and will be posted
shortly on the Environmental Assessment Office’s website here:

https://projects.eao.gov.bc.ca/p/588510b4aaecd9001b81467b/project-details.
We wish to emphasize that our decision relates to the Morrison Copper/Gold Project as
proposed. We note that the Environmental Assessment Act allows Pacific Booker Minerals Inc.
to submit another proposal based on a new project design in the future should you wish to do so.

If you have any questions or require other information, please contact Elenore Arend by
telephone at 778 974-3009, or by email at
Elenore.Arend@gov.bc.ca.
Sincerely,
George Heyman
Minister
