We are at least a year, and probably much longer away from the possibility of getting damages.

Compensation is likely off the table as the RFD is carefully worded stating that BKM should have submitted the "further assessment information" to align with what was being asked in 2015 to complete the process. The Ministers Reasons for Decision are a little convoluted in the sense that they believe further assessment and data needs to be provided but they removed the need for the SAIR ...more

I was going to put this in on Friday if no decision from Government. No one seems to think Indians are not the decision makers here because they are. Once i heard that the Indians crawled into bed with the Ministry i said maybe a 70-30 chance of EAC, i new in my heart that 90-10 would be more likely.  As we all know how corrupt Government and Indians can be.
