Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, British Columbia and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. RE:OMG!!! Compensation is likely off the table as the RFD is carefully worded stating that BKM should have submitted the "further assessment information" to align with what was being asked in 2015 to complete the process.

The Ministers Reasons for Decision are a little convoluted in the sense that they believe further assessment and data needs to be provided but they removed the need for the SAIR last December.  There's a incredible amount of data that has been collected over the last 10 years that needs to be submitted, essentially in the form of the "SAIR" for consideration.  
 
It is my hope that the EAO / Ministers will allow the project to further advance with the submission of the data rather than start the process from scratch.  I"m not sure, however, from what was stated in the RFD that this is a possibility.  Legal review will be necessary.

Something is very fishy and it's got nothing to do with Unique Salmon.
