Sorry for saying, but the writting is on the wall. The Liberals made the decision and NG won! The NDP will continue on with that Liberal decison using the UN - FNS declaration to justify their continued refusal. This last round of picking option 1 or 2 is just posturing for the courts. As much as I want to believe BKM will win and as much as I like John, this project is done! I have never met a guy as positive as John, everytime I drop by he's the first one in and sitting there answering calls, but this project has gotten away from him. 
This is my opinion based on what I see and read, the tax money and benifits in BKM's corporate presintation means nothing when it comes down to votes and power for politicions!

Well I think the ndp are backed into a corner. If they decide to go against the no adverse affects they have to have some kind of common sense reason otherwise the EAO process would be a joke and a waste of money and time and would scare all the juniors away from entering into a ea agreement with the gov't. The Un charter is not a bad thing and to be fully implemented will take many years

The Lieberals under Crispy Clark, Mike Dejong, Rich Coleman, Terry Lake, John Rustad are NO better. Met with Mike Dejong a half dozen times. His response was ALWAYS just take us to court!.I would like to THANK Andrew Weaver for raising the issue twice in the Legislature. Thank you  Hope everyone a safe Easter.
