If we use a $4 billion valuation, then with 20 million shares, it means shares would be worth $200 each. .... that is only 80 or 90 times the current price of the shares!   Do I think I will see $200 per share? IMO no, however I think $40 or $50 is certainly within reach once we get the permit. So if we get EAC and you figure anywhere from $40 to $50 a share, Do you have a number for ...more

UpTown Dog there are a lot of variables as well as exit options. One area I trust John to do a good job in is to sell. He is always selling. Once we get the permit I think we will have a number of interested parties and hopefully a bidding war occurs. The price of copper may go up or down short-term, however long-term my opinion is that there will be a shortage of supply and he price will go ...more

Yes John can sell, Back just before our Libtard  turn down , we had people looking at buying BKM, I'm sure they are still there . My self after waiting 10 years now don't  really care about building a mine, Sell this as soon as possible   , If we get EAC, and this person they hired to build mine, and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to build. next shi$t we get will be dilution. My guess is that we should raise capital by selling shares, which of course leads to dilution in order to build the mine, ONLY if we do not get a good offer. That said, I believe that this is a very good time to be holding a copper asset and so I do not anticipate it being difficult to find interested parties. Many mining companies are flush with cash at this time simply because the price of ...more

I should mention that my understanding is that the approx 3 million stock options for the management expired this summer and were replaced/reissued at $3. This adds up to approx. $9 million. Plus they reported cash/working capital of $1.3 million in the July 31st 2021 financial statement. https://pacificbooker.com/pdf/20210731.pdf Thus, the approx $10 million needed for the detailed engineering ...more

20 to 21 million shares Weighted average number of common shares outstanding (basic and diluted) 16,766,969 officers stock options I believe are just under 3 million ... 2.875,000 (2,975,000 - 100,000) from the July 31 financials see page 23   https://pacificbooker.com/pdf/20210731.pdf I remember that they also have to give 500,000 to 1 million? shares to Noranda when they bought the ...more

I just checked and see that Noranda will receive 250,000 shares when mine production starts. 16,766,969 + 2,875,000 + 250,000 = 19,891,969 total shares  Therefore from what I can tell we are just under 20 million shares Company News Releases...
