RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: What makes SRX so valuable?

You may want to ask the company directly, but I believe that the number of SRX shares you end up receiving will be based on the $3.75 price specified in the press release, not the price SRX is selling for when the deal closes. If the SRX share price were not constant, they would not be able to specify the number of 16.7M SRX shares if all shareholders take the cash. $62,600,000 / $3.75 = 16,693,333 SRX shares.

IMHO, on a fully diluted per share basis you end up with 16,693,333 / 151,923,367 = 0.10988 SRX share plus $20,000,000 / 151,923,367 =
.13165 cash for every BMX share you own if everyone takes the cash.

The one thing I find confusing in the press release is the 56 cents specified. If it were an all cash deal, one would end up with $82,600,000 / 151,923,367 = 0.54 cents. Don’t know how they come up with the extra 2 cents per BMX share.
