At current Storm share price, offer is worth .42 cents per Bellamont share.

What caught my eye was Storms January press release:

The executive management group of Storm, led by Mr. Brian Lavergne as President and Chief Executive Officer, will manage the combined enterprise. The board of directors of Storm will be unchanged after completion of the Transaction.

That is, no one from Bellamont is staying on. sound like the Bellamont board is in retirement mode; probably best if Storm takes over...
